Our paddles are made with state-of-the-art technology and premium materials to deliver more power, control and responsiveness.

Weight

Our paddles are engineered to achieve an ideal weight range for a desirable balance between power and control. Averaging between 7.5 and 8.0 oz, our paddles can be customized to achieve ultra-lightweight control properties, or heavier weight power-focused properties.

Guard

An ultra-durable polyurethane edge guard provides a great layer of protection to cold pressed paddles. Shielding against accidental impact or collisions, an edge guard will prolong the life of your paddle in a rental program or rigors of intense gameplay. Though our thermoformed paddles are not compatible with traditional edge guards, partial-guards are available and are a great option when offering a high-end paddle.

Grip

Customize the grip of your paddle with a breathable vinyl leather in a perforated, tacky, ribbed, or stitched variety. A custom grip not only provides a secure and reliable hold for the player, it offers a color-matching opportunity to support your brand and design of the paddle.

Surface

All of our paddles are made with the highest quality carbon fiber. Our performance pickleball paddles are available in raw, 3k, 12k, 18k, 3d3k, 3d18k, and Kevlar weaves, finished with a frosted or pre-preg grit. We are one of the few manufactures utilizing aerospace-grade carbon fiber as well as a new carbon fiber + Kevlar weave.

Core

With state-of-the-art manufacturing processes, we offer paddles with a variety of core structures. Our innovative designs utilize cold pressed or thermoformed cores with a variety of structure and cell dimensions. The most versatile and popular configuration is an 8mm cell with a Polypropylene Honeycomb structure. The core of the pickleball paddles is key to delivering power, control, and responsiveness.

Thickness

Available from 10mm to 18mm thicknesses, our paddles strike a balance between control and stability. The paddles overall thickness contributes to handling and maneuvering improvements, while maintaining the “pop” critical to dinking and driving.
